Smart Eventi<\/strong>‘s flagships are incentive trips<\/strong> and team building<\/strong><\/a>, and their combination could not but see us committed to the full extent of our resources.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

We had this in mind when Generali Italia S.p.A.<\/strong>, an Italian insurance company that was already a client of ours, contacted us again to organize the annual incentive trip for one of the company’s departments. The two-day trip was scheduled for November 24 and 25, 2022. The goal was to provide an experience that would improve the cohesion of the working group, possibly away from the hustle and bustle of Milan. As a result, we planned a trip full of surprises, but in a relaxed and restful atmosphere that would also allow participants to switch off.<\/p>\n

Incentive travel and team building in Franciacorta: a winning combination<\/h3>\n

We created a solution for Generali that combined tradition, innovation, creativity, beauty, and a lot of relaxation, all of which the team needed. To begin, we chose a renowned 4-star hotel in idyllic Franciacorta<\/strong>, close to the historic Berlucchi winery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

On the first day of the trip, we planned a wine-tasting activity<\/strong> ‘guided’ by a sommelier, a relaxing break at the hotel spa<\/strong>, and a dinner with an unconventional menu in a starred restaurant’s private room<\/strong>. This was followed by a post-dinner drink in a bar.<\/p>\n

Our unique format:\u00a0ice building<\/h3>\n

We treated team members to an incredible team-building experience: ice building<\/strong>, on the second day after we had created the right atmosphere. This Smart Eventi-exclusive format<\/strong> combines creativity and team spirit, making teamwork an engaging and enjoyable experience in which everyone must work in coordination.<\/p>\n

Each team was given an ice block and a sketch to use as a reference. Each block was then joined with the others to form a single ice sculpture using the fusion technique. This time, a bicycle was built<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

It appeared difficult, but it wasn’t because the group has shown cohesion and resourcefulness, and it was here that the power of team building was confirmed<\/strong>. An activity that continues to demonstrate how the ability to work as a team, while acknowledging individuals’ skills and the value of collaboration, can achieve unpredictable goals.<\/p>\n

We took care of every detail to relieve the client of any burden, allowing participants to enjoy every nuance of the experience.
