In fact, a lot of businesses return to us repeatedly, rewarding the commitment and professionalism we have been providing to those who rely on our team for years. For instance, we recently received a new request to organize the most significant corporate event of the year from IAD Italia, a network of independent real estate consultants operating in six different European nations and one of our most esteemed clients. In fact, we organized an event for all of the group’s agents for the second time in a row with the goal of showcasing the IAD development plans for the upcoming year.<\/p>\n

More than a Convention, definitely! From the front desk to the last aperitif<\/h3>\n

The client requested that we handle all aspects of the event’s planning, including location selection, concept development, technical support, event management, catering, staffing, and much more.<\/p>\n

We immediately activated a synergy between Team Eventi Corporate<\/strong> and Guru Marketing<\/strong> based on our previous year’s experience. Guru Marketing was in charge of designing the graphics, totems, roll ups, slides, and gadgets as well as the event’s concept and slogan (#BorntoFly<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

Given that the event would last all day, we recommended a solution for the “setting” that took into account the availability of spaces of various types and sizes. We chose a location with an outdoor loggia close to the Basilica of Sant’Ambrogio, where we set up a Welcome Desk<\/strong> for guest check-in and the distribution of Gift Bags<\/strong> containing merchandise imprinted with the company’s logo. Later, the same loggia hosted the Welcome Coffee as well as the two afternoon coffee breaks.<\/p>\n

With our complete technical and directorial oversight, the Convention was held indoors in a hall under the expert direction of one of our most trusted collaborators and presenters, who actively engaged the audience in every aspect of the event.<\/p>\n

Speeches by the CEO and other company executives alternated in the hall between high-profile moments and interludes of entertainment and “ice breaking<\/strong>,” which included both the presence of a motivational speaker<\/strong>, an “extreme adventurer” in line with the theme (#BorntoFly), who invited participants to follow their dreams and goals\u00a0and the performance of a comedian<\/strong>, who interacted with the audience through a quiz, making the atmosphere even more vivacious. The most deserving employees also received awards.<\/p>\n

The participants’ experience was enhanced even further by our choice to hold the buffet lunch<\/strong> in one of the most impressive rooms in the area. The convention’s final aperitif<\/strong>, which took place at the end of the event, also took place in the same room. Those in attendance were able to unwind and mingle during this additional time of conviviality as a four-piece jazz band<\/strong> brightened the scene with its captivating and elegant music. A high-level, high-profile event was perfectly wrapped up by it.<\/p>\n
