The most recent team <\/strong>building activity<\/strong> we planned for Elis, one of our clients, stood out due to its emphasis on creativity, fun, and sustainability. Despite the fact that team building has long been one of our mainstays, those who know us are aware that we also stand out for adopting green logic and promoting an eco-sustainable transition. In this perspective, the event we planned for Elis represented the combination of two major aspects of Smart Eventi<\/strong><\/a>‘s activity.<\/p>\n

Cohesion and innovation in a stunning Tuscan resort<\/h3>\n

Designing a team building activity that incorporated artistic expression and environmental awareness<\/strong> was our goal. To move in this direction, we chose to concentrate on “Paint Company,” one of our most popular formats, which emphasizes creativity while also advancing sustainable practices, which are essential in the circular economy.<\/p>\n

Therefore, we envisaged, for the creation of an absolutely sui generis work of art<\/strong>, the use of waste and recycled materials that we recovered from our partners, such as various building elements, wood scraps, plastic, cardboard, seeds and legumes, natural pigments, non-toxic ecological tempera, bamboo, and reusable packaging.<\/p>\n

The activity also took place at a beautiful resort in Tuscany<\/strong> and involved the 40 participants in creating original collective work. The participants were divided into six groups and after a brilliant introduction, run by one of our presenters, the actual team building began. Each team worked on a canvas, giving vent to the creativity of individual group members, but the end result was the fruit of everyone’s work.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

At the conclusion of the activity, the six canvases were actually combined to form an overall image, expressing the creativity of many participants. Because teamwork yields results that are significantly greater than the sum of individual efforts, both in business and when building a team. This work was later on\u00a0display during the dinner and became a part of the event as a 100% sustainable setup<\/strong>, a representation of one of the main objectives of corporate best practices to be promoted at all levels, not only in the strictly professional sphere\u00a0but also, as in this case, in corporate event entertainment.<\/p>\n
