The Smart Eventi<\/strong><\/a> team recently supervised an important event for C Consulting<\/strong>, a company that provides the largest insurance firms management brilliant software solutions. The XLayers User Group, a yearly training event offered to present and potential users of the software, has been organized by C Consulting for the past 12 years.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

A terrific\u00a0location for C Consulting, a top client!<\/h3>\n

As is frequently the case, C Consulting has been a regular client of ours over time, and we are aware of the importance that this company places on selecting the ideal location.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The company wanted to mix the technology of its services with the appeal of a lovely historic place as a sort of contrast, and we succeeded in doing so last year for the event’s 2022 edition<\/strong><\/a>. This year wasn’t the time to accomplish anything less.<\/p>\n

After considering a number of locations, most of which were historic buildings, we selected\u00a0a lovely historical location in Milan that had the special feature of including a large park where the ruins of a Greek theatre and a Roman theatre could be seen. At first glance, the client was enchanted.<\/p>\n

The villa is not properly equipped for holding large events because it was not built as an event venue and was just recently opened for this purpose. In order to make the most use of the space in every aspect, Smart Eventi built the perfect venue nearly entirely from scratch<\/strong>. The challenge required us to use all of our managerial and organizational skills to the fullest.<\/p>\n

Moreover, the villa includes a variety of rooms, so we first had to determine which one would be best for the client’s event. The plac\u00e9\u00a0lunch with a view of the theatre was held on the second floor; it was a wonderful sight<\/strong> for an event that couldn’t have been more appealing.<\/p>\n

We assisted the customer with technical staff members, hostesses, and catering services in addition to handling location scouting and room setup. We also carried out logistical support operations.<\/p>\n

The client was enthusiastic, and we were particularly happy to hear how much\u00a0Federica<\/strong>, who worked as the client’s main point of contact for the second time, was appreciated.
