Our recent collaboration with Generali, a leading figure in the insurance industry, serves as a prime example of how we can transform an activity designed to enhance collaboration among colleagues into an extraordinary experience. With this initiative, we have also raised the bar by organizing an indoor skydiving experience<\/strong> for the company and its employees.<\/p>\n

An original initiative for a unique experience<\/h3>\n

“Generali” had given us the exciting task of coming up with a high-adrenaline team-building exercise<\/strong> that would engage employees on a whole different level than the standard activities. The client’s objective was straightforward: if at all feasible, they wanted to elicit strong emotions from the team members while also encouraging connection and collaboration. Smart Eventi could not have it any simpler. We successfully suggested an initiative that we controlled wholly, from location research to event organization, including food services, as we were delighted to accommodate a plan that allowed us to unleash our creativity.<\/p>\n

Indoor skydiving: Defying Gravity with Smart Eventi<\/h3>\n

In a Milan facility that is designed specifically for the purpose, participants got to experience Indoor skydiving. An 8-meter-tall crystal cylinder supported by six strong turbines that could produce an air jet with a top speed of 370 km\/hr<\/strong> made this adventure possible. Participants in this anti-gravity exercise had the impression of flying, a rare and remarkable experience.<\/p>\n

An exclusive location and a unique atmosphere<\/h3>\n

Since the venue was specifically set aside for the team-building activity, it was possible to establish a unique mood from the start. In order to create the mood for the main event, the instructors gave a live performance<\/strong> of an aerial dancing routine.<\/p>\n

Participants engaged in the experience following a preliminary briefing. They were taught the proper flying technique by the instructors, and together they challenged gravity<\/strong> while experiencing incredible feelings. The flight also put everyone’s abilities to the test and pushed them to their limits from an entirely different standpoint than they would have had from more conventional experiences. The objective of any truly successful team building was perfectly in line with this dynamic.<\/p>\n
