We interviewed Fabrizio Bellantone<\/strong>, Marketing & BDC Manager for Quattroruote Professional<\/strong>, for whom Smart Eventi<\/strong><\/a> organized a team-building activity focused on car building<\/strong>. The client reached out to us for their significant annual company event, which brought together 180 employees<\/strong> from across Italy under the slogan “Build your future<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

Taking inspiration from this very slogan and the client’s activity, we organized an event centered around building cardboard cars and a friendly competition among them. This allowed members of different teams to get to know each other, have fun, and collaborate in a playful and relaxed environment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Quattroruote Professional is the business unit of Editoriale Domus, providing professional products and services to automotive industry operators. What is currently the most requested service by clients?<\/h4>\n

We started as data publishers and then evolved into software development. Our know-how has allowed us to expand into various sectors, and fortunately, the ‘core’ sectors have maintained steady growth. However, in recent years, the market has shown significant and growing interest in the training and coaching sector.<\/p>\n

What are the characteristics that you believe differentiate you in the market from your competitors, especially in the B2B sector, giving you a competitive advantage?<\/h4>\n

If I were to summarize our peculiarities in two words, I would definitely talk about experience and innovation. Although these terms are often overused in describing companies, in our case, they truly fit like a glove. We talk about experience because Editoriale Domus is a company that has nearly a century of history, and our database originated over thirty years ago by now. As for innovation, we developed a new business by starting to sell data when it wasn’t yet trendy, and by investing in technologies and resources, we have consistently remained in the market, listening to customer needs, offering both standard services and tailor-made solutions.<\/p>\n

How does the Quattroruote Professional database, based on the Infocar code, represent a strategic support for businesses in the automotive industry?<\/h4>\n

I would start by explaining what the Infocar database is: it’s the most comprehensive database related to the car market, containing all the information about vehicles, including list prices, quotations, and technical specifications. It’s so strategic that Infocar is now the foundation of almost all our services and has become a work tool for industry professionals, ensuring efficiency and accurate information in the market.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Which platforms bring the highest number of visitors and comments in such a specific sector like yours?<\/h4>\n

Given it’s a highly specialized sector for professionals, LinkedIn is undoubtedly our main platform, where we see significantly better results compared to other social networks. Moreover, in the last two years, we’ve crafted a specific editorial plan that has allowed us to achieve considerable growth in terms of leads and interactions. Because if you can’t tell who you are and what you do, you don’t exist.<\/p>\n

Where does the need to have a team-building experience<\/a> come from? Was the choice of car building random or was it inspired by the sector you work in?<\/h4>\n

For us, this is the tenth edition of the business unit’s kick-off, but the second one where we dedicate the entire day exclusively to team-building activities. We are a team of over 160 people spread across multiple locations, so the need to get everyone to know each other in a playful and carefree context is the best way to foster that sense of teamwork. The choice fell on car building because we are Quattroruote Professional, hence evidently connected to the concept of automobiles, and because the term ‘building’, expanded to mean ‘building together,’ is one of our cornerstones<\/p>\n
