When longtime client Siram contacted Smart Eventi<\/strong><\/a> to organize a multi-stop business trip across Italy<\/strong> for some of their top executives, we knew we had to pull out all the stops. This complex itinerary demanded our most creative solutions and flawless execution to properly showcase some of the client’s major projects and treat their VIP guests to an unforgettable experience.

Milan, Bergamo, Venice: a journey with stops in splendid locations for Siram<\/h3>\n

The first stop was Milan, where the guests stayed in a hotel just a few steps from the Duomo<\/strong>. The first company meeting was also held there, in the comfortable and well-equipped meeting room of the hotel.\u00a0The next day, following a guided visit to the iconic Sforza Castle, we set up a working lunch inside the castle itself. Our skilled catering service handled all the food and decor, creating an atmosphere both productive and refined. That evening, we arranged a gourmet dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant<\/strong> on Piazza della Scala<\/strong>, indulging the VIPs with a world-class culinary experience.<\/p>\n

Naples, Its Charm, and Pizzeria Team Building!<\/h3>\n

The final leg was Naples<\/strong>, where our team selected a breathtaking sea view hotel along the Chiaia promenade<\/strong>. For their closing meeting, we booked a glass-walled event room with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Naples<\/strong> – a jaw-dropping venue. The following day included a walking tour of Naples and a visit to its underground tunnels, revealing the city’s rich history.<\/p>\n

To conclude the journey, we arranged an authentic Neapolitan pizza-making team building<\/strong><\/a> activity at a local pizzeria.
