After smash-hit events in 2022<\/strong> <\/a>and 2023<\/a><\/strong>, the pressure was on to deliver an even more memorable and impactful experience in 2024.

Our client had several key requirements: a modern venue with seating for at least 200 attendees<\/strong> that was easily accessible by public transport, full event production including stage<\/strong>, audio-visual<\/strong>, and graphic design<\/strong>, and creative direction<\/strong> to tie it all together into a cohesive experience<\/p>\n

The first step was finding the perfect venue<\/strong>. We ultimately proposed a newly renovated, iconic space that allowed us to seamlessly divide the event into three zones – registration<\/strong>, main hall<\/strong>, and dining\/mingling<\/strong>. The contemporary architecture and state-of-the-art facilities provided the ideal blank canvas for us to bring IAD’s vision to life.<\/p>\n

From Location to Concept, Technical Supervision to Special Guest Proposals<\/h3>\n

With the location secured, our team embarked on the meticulous development of creative concepts, menus, staging, and graphic design. A sports theme<\/strong> was interwoven throughout the event to foster an exciting and energetic vibe<\/strong>. The venue came alive with bold graphics, embodying the essence of activity and teamwork.<\/p>\n

On the big day, attendees were thrilled by the vibrant atmosphere as soon as they arrived. The registration team warmly welcomed each guest and provided top-notch hospitality.
