A Beautiful Location on the Maremma Coast<\/h3>\n

The client approached us seeking an accessible destination in Italy<\/strong> for a corporate retreat, along with a unique team building activity<\/strong> focused on photography skills. After scouting locations, we selected a hotel with a pool, spa, and beautiful grounds in Marina di Grosseto<\/strong>, Tuscany<\/strong>. Its central location made it easy for attendees driving in from cities across Italy.<\/p>\n

For the team building<\/strong> portion, we tailored our popular “Photo Competition<\/strong>” to align with the client’s goals. We brought in a professional photographer to lead an introductory workshop on taking great photos and videos with smartphones. Then we divided the group into teams and gave each a theme to photograph around the village. After roaming the streets and capturing shots, the teams presented their projects to be judged. Prizes went to the most creative and collaborative team, encouraging thinking outside the box.<\/p>\n

A flawless organization<\/h3>\n

Over two activity-packed days<\/strong>, we facilitated everything from start to finish. As guests arrived, we welcomed them and provided information packets in their rooms. An inspiring kick-off meeting<\/strong> overlooking the pool set the tone. In the evening, we hosted dinner in the hotel restaurant<\/strong> with an open bar<\/strong> to spark conversations. The next day brought the photo competition, picnic lunch, and farewells before departing.<\/p>\n

Throughout the process, our attention to each component\u2014from scouting<\/strong>, to scheduling<\/strong>, to on-site managemen<\/strong>t\u2014allowed the client\u2019s team to fully engage.
