When the prominent tech firm Reply Iriscube<\/strong> approached Smart Eventi to organize their annual company beach retreat for 250 people, we knew we had to pull out all the stops.<\/p>\n

The client wanted a breathtaking location right on the beach that could accommodate the entire group under one roof. We immediately thought of this sustainable seaside gem<\/strong>. Over three fun-filled days<\/strong>, we crafted a beach-focused itinerary that balanced leisure and connection, culminating in glowing reviews from the client.<\/p>\n

Upon arrival, guests were awestruck by the resort’s beachy charm and modern amenities. That evening we arranged a lavish beachfront buffet dinner<\/strong> accompanied by a barefoot DJ set under the stars<\/strong> – the perfect laidback welcome to paradise<\/p>\n

The next morning, attendees awoke to a pristine sunrise and a free day to enjoy the resort’s wealth of activities. From paddleboarding to beach volleyball, or simply relaxing poolside, there was something for everyone<\/p>\n

“Cardboard Boat” Team Building, Sunset Aperitif, Gala Dinner and DJ Set<\/h3>\n

After a delicious group lunch, the real team building began. We organized a thrilling cardboard boat race<\/strong> <\/a>through the property’s lush forests, dividing participants into teams. Laughter and lighthearted competition ensued as the handcrafted vessels were put to the test.<\/p>\n

A celebratory happy hour followed on the sand, toasting the day’s winning team while the sun dipped below the horizon. The grand finale was a formal gala dinner<\/strong> at one of the resort’s restaurants, where guests dined, danced, and bonded late into the night<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
