Smart Eventi worked a miracle!\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Throughout the process, Villa says the SparkFabric team felt listened to and genuinely supported. \u201cThey supported us brilliantly, they listened to us, and we truly felt understood.\u201d<b><\/b><\/p>\n<h2>An event that reflected SparkFabric\u2019s spirit<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">A central goal for SparkFabric was to create an event capable of expressing the company\u2019s internal culture in a way that felt coherent and authentic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">As Villa explains, <b>\u201cWith this event, we wanted to convey a bit of SparkFabric\u2019s soul,\u201d<\/b> balancing quality and informality, more institutional moments and more convivial ones. The final result included formal segments, in which the board shared the story of SparkFabric\u2019s ten-year journey, alongside more relaxed moments designed to encourage interaction and enjoyment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Among the most distinctive creative choices was the <b>1980s and 1990s theme<\/b>, accompanied by <strong>A<\/strong><b>rcade games<\/b>, which Villa says \u201creally brought out the nerdy side in each of us, and so the event represented us perfectly.\u201d<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.smarteventi.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/img-20251104-wa0009_1764330871_764-1.jpg\"><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-31442\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.smarteventi.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/img-20251104-wa0009_1764330871_764-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.smarteventi.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/img-20251104-wa0009_1764330871_764-1.jpg 800w, https:\/\/blog.smarteventi.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/img-20251104-wa0009_1764330871_764-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.smarteventi.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/img-20251104-wa0009_1764330871_764-1-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>A higher standard for future events<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">For Villa, one of the clearest outcomes of the collaboration with Smart Eventi was the noticeable leap in quality compared with previous company events.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">As she explains, <b>Smart Eventi followed us<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.smarteventi.it\/en\/successful-corporate-event-planning-strategy-follow-up.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> from beginning to end<\/a> and genuinely raised the bar for our events, and everyone noticed it.\u201d<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Asked to describe Smart Eventi in one word, her answer is immediate: \u201c<strong>If I had to describe Smart Eventi in one word, I would use the term \u2018quality\u2019<\/strong>, because you could see it in the event, in the organisation, in the collaborators, and in the activity they arranged for us in Milan.\u201d<b><\/b><\/p>\n<h2>More than an anniversary<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">What stands out in Erika Roberta Villa\u2019s account is that SparkFabric did not want a polished event for its own sake. It wanted something recognisable, something that felt true to the people inside the company.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">That is probably why this collaboration seems to have worked so well: the result was
