A leadership meeting built around logistics, sustainability and spatial design. That was the brief behind CAP Leadership 2026<\/strong>, the training event organised by Smart Eventi<\/strong><\/a> for iad Italia<\/strong> after three consecutive editions held in Milan and a 2025 edition hosted in Rome.<\/p>\n

A Turin venue accommodating up to 180 guests<\/h2>\n

The request for 2026 was different from previous years. The client wanted either Turin or Verona<\/strong>, with a venue capable of handling a plenary audience of 180 participants alongside sponsor areas and catering services, all within a practical and easily accessible location.<\/p>\n

Smart Eventi evaluated several options before settling on Turin, considered more suitable for the event\u2019s operational and spatial requirements.<\/p>\n

Choosing Turin for CAP Leadership 2026<\/h2>\n

Venue scouting became one of the central stages of the project. Smart Eventi presented multiple solutions across Turin<\/strong> before identifying a structure able to accommodate the full layout requested by iad Italia, balancing functionality with visual coherence.<\/p>\n

The event space needed flexibility, not only in terms of seating capacity, but also in areas that could support sponsor visibility, guest flow and food service without interruptions or congestion. Sustainability played a visible role throughout the event<\/strong><\/a>. Smart Eventi worked closely with local suppliers and proposed a catering concept built around seasonal ingredients sourced from the surrounding area.<\/p>\n
