Beyond the practical logistics, there’s the format itself<\/strong><\/a> to consider properly. What’s the tone this year, and how should it reflect the way the company is actually doing<\/strong><\/a>? Perhaps that means keeping the event celebratory and loud, while in other circumstances a more reflective and warm approach might make greater sense.
