Italy’s Finest Experience – April 30th 2015

Finest Experience specialises in offering exclusive luxury itineraries to high-profile customers visiting Italy. Our brief was to plan two unforgettable excursions for a group of top executives of a world-famous fashion brand: we chose to show them a seldom appreciated and breath-takingly beautiful portion of the Italian scenery and to do so from a very unusual perspective.

We organised transport for twenty people from Milan to Stresa in an helicopter, which landing at Hotel Des Iles Borromean, near the shores of Lake Maggiore, where a team of professional tour guides were waiting to take our prized guests on a cruising tour of the lake’s isles. On the isle of Isolabella, we had arranged a guided tour of the historical residence Palazzo Borromeo.

A yacht cruise took the group on Lake Como, with a guided tour of the luxurious Villa Balbianello, a fairy-tale mansion, part of the Italian Environmental Trust (FAI) and used by filmmakers as a shooting location for colossal movie sagas such as Star Wars and James Bond.
