In June this year we were tasked with planning a team building event for one of our clients corporate “family day.” This is an annual occurrence and also one of many events we went back to planning after two years of restrictions. The event was set to take place at the client’s headquarters, which happen to be located in an area with plenty of outdoor space for fun activities. We wanted to do something very unusual, engaging and dynamic. We wanted this team building to bring some inspiration and freshness into general boring routine at work and help create meaningful connections between the employees, their families, and the firm.
