As usual we had a lot of fun working on this event and we did our best to make it even more impressive than usual! It’s always a pleasure and a challenge to look for extraordinary and sophisticated venues. The client asked us to create a gala dinner in a venue that was not only spacious but also elegant and refined. We suggested a villa that was close to several points of interest and stood out for its refined architecture, a wonderful building that can accommodate any kind of event thanks to its rooms and spaces that are suitable for any type of audience. It was located along the Martesana Canal and the Adda River, and provided a combination of rich history and stunning elegance that added to the value of the event, allowing us to take advantage of the large spaces framed by a natural environment of about 800 thousand square meters.

The perfect atmosphere for a gala dinner

We also took care of the catering service for the aperitif and dessert buffet, the set-up made with floral decorations, the stage for the young pharmacists’ oath, and the musical accompaniment of a saxophone player aimed at making the event’s atmosphere even more intense.
To make the evening truly unique, we also organized a tour of the villa’s underground spaces and gardens, spaces that are usually closed to the public. The guests were thrilled to see these hidden gems and enjoyed taking pictures to share on their social media.

Evaluating the outcome

The client’s expectations were met by managing to ensure all types of services requested despite the large number of guests. The day was held in the utmost comfort and tranquility, the location, and the tours of the different spaces had very positive comments in terms of organization as much as emotion.
