An increasingly significant proportion of day-to-day activities in a great many companies now involves some use of AI, and this, under certain conditions, can be a problem. It is worth mentioning that automation itself is not the problem, a certain type of use of generative AI is, namely the kind of use that entrusts any task involving language, creativity or organisation to chatbots. The result, according to numerous studies that have begun to appear in leading scientific journals, is a gradual weakening of the organisational, creative, expressive and even cognitive abilities of those who choose to rely on prompts even for the most mundane of daily emails.
