With 200 in-person attendees and 500 expected to join via live stream, the location needed to tick several boxes: sufficient capacity, easy accessibility (including by metro), a prestigious setting, and the flexibility to accommodate extensive technical requirements.

After a thorough search, the team landed on a prestigious hotel that ticked all the boxes. Not only did the venue provide two suitable conference rooms, but it also offered the necessary infrastructure to support the event’s technological needs, from seamless streaming to simultaneous translation.

Designing the Visual Identity

With the venue secured, the next challenge was to craft a visually striking and cohesive event experience. Smart Eventi’s creative experts developed a suite of custom graphics, branding, and digital assets to bring Assilea’s vision to life.

This included the design of small sponsor stands, complete with branded counters and roll-up banners, as well as the creation of a dedicated event website (lease2024.net) and social media content for LinkedIn and Facebook. Ensuring a consistent, professional look and feel across all touchpoints was crucial to elevating the event’s prestige and impact.

Orchestrating the Agenda

Of course, the success of a convention goes beyond aesthetics and logistics. To deliver a seamless and impactful experience, Smart Eventi developed a meticulously structured agenda encompassing the following tasks:
