How slowing down your rhythm can help you improve your productivity

Many people believe that they need to be in a rush to be productive at work. If you’re one of these people, it’s time to change your mindset. In fact, slowing down can actually help you get things done quicker—and in a more efficient manner. When we rush through tasks or multitask too much, we end up wasting more energy on tasks that could easily be streamlined by taking our time and doing them right the first time around. Slowing down also helps us avoid mistakes that cost us even more time later on when they have to be fixed (or redone).
