How to get your remote working team back on track

Remote working is not going to be phased out. Even with the gradual loosening of restrictions, many companies have announced that they will continue to allow their employees to work from home. In many cases, it is the employees themselves who ask to be allowed to work remotely, as this type of arrangement better suits their personal, family, scheduling, and productivity needs. For many companies with international teams, the idea of working remotely is not new and fits into already well-established mechanisms, but for companies that have only adopted this practice during the pandemic, the change may not be easy, especially in terms of team bonding. How do you develop a sense of community when working with a virtual team? Here are some tips derived from our experience as a company that has been partly implementing this way of working for many years.
