A Turin venue accommodating up to 180 guests

The request for 2026 was different from previous years. The client wanted either Turin or Verona, with a venue capable of handling a plenary audience of 180 participants alongside sponsor areas and catering services, all within a practical and easily accessible location.

Smart Eventi evaluated several options before settling on Turin, considered more suitable for the event’s operational and spatial requirements.

Choosing Turin for CAP Leadership 2026

Venue scouting became one of the central stages of the project. Smart Eventi presented multiple solutions across Turin before identifying a structure able to accommodate the full layout requested by iad Italia, balancing functionality with visual coherence.

After confirming the venue, the agency developed the creative concept and coordinated the planning of each segment of the meeting.

A green approach to catering and suppliers

Sustainability played a visible role throughout the event. Smart Eventi worked closely with local suppliers and proposed a catering concept built around seasonal ingredients sourced from the surrounding area.

The technical service was managed internally by the venue itself, while local companies handled furnishings and graphic installations. This reduced logistical complexity and maintained consistency across the event setup.

Managing flows and enhancing the venue

Smart Eventi coordinated the arrangement of the environment with the aim of making transitions smoother and improving usability throughout the day. The agency also adapted layouts and timings to avoid overlaps between catering, training sessions and sponsor activities.

According to the feedback received after the event, the management of flows and the enhancement of the venue’s architecture were among the elements most appreciated by participants and guests.

The collaboration between Smart Eventi and iad Italia has now extended across several editions of CAP Leadership. Over time, the format evolved geographically while maintaining a recognisable organisational structure centred on training, operational efficiency and audience engagement.
