For a refined hair extravaganza, the venue is paramount. We hunted Milan for a contemporary space offering ample room for a catwalk, backstage hair and makeup prep, exhibit displays, and catering.

The chic, tech-equipped venue we selected provided the perfect blank canvas. Collaborating closely with the client, we mapped out an efficient floorplan to accommodate all elements and enable guests to easily flow between experiences. Thoughtful lighting, draping, and furnishings transformed the space into an inviting environment, perfectly aligning with the client’s vision.

The venue can accommodate up to 1000 people and contains a series of spaces where it’s possible to create different setups. Furthermore, the largest room is equipped with a stage, LED wall, sound and lighting systems, sound-absorbing black curtains, and a control room. For all these reasons, the facility proved to be ideal for what the client had in mind.

An intense program, culminating with the hair show

Seamlessly interweaving educational sessions with an exciting fashion presentation was key. We structured the day to begin with informative morning sessions, during which hair stylists learned tips and tricks for using Moroccanoil products, led by the talented team from Tricobiotos.

After lunch, we unveiled the main event: an electrifying runway show. Models sashayed down the catwalk, exhibiting stunning hair creations. The day culminated in a cocktail reception, where attendees networked and discussed the inspirational styles they had witnessed.
