Wanting to fully immerse Traceone’s staff in nature, we selected one of Milan’s gorgeous public parks as our ideal outdoor venue. With the late spring weather heating up, it was the perfect spot to spend a summery day channeling everyone’s inner craftsman…or craftswoman! Once the supplies were handed out, the teams got to work sketching designs, delegating tasks and piecing their vessels together. The buzz of excitement was palpable as each boat slowly took shape. When at last it was time for the inaugural voyages, cheers erupted as the brightly-colored fleet bobbed across the water.

The day was filled with the kind of laughter, teamwork, and camaraderie that any successful team-building activity strives to create.
