We were tasked by client BIP SAP to design a memorable activity focused onteam cooking, all while cultivating team spirit and engagement. Our innovative “Aperitivo Time Mystery Box” format was met with great enthusiasm from participants, who were divided into teams. Each group received a mystery box containing secret ingredients to be used in crafting three distinct finger foods. This challenged creativity and collaboration, turning teamwork into a culinary adventure. Teams presented their creations, with awards going to those who shone in originality and team spirit.

The team building was a smash hit, welcomed eagerly by employees. It culminated in a lavish aperitivo: dishes lovingly crafted by participants, enriched by the chef’s delectables, in an atmosphere enlivened by music and hand-selected sparkling wines. A moment of conviviality celebrating teamwork.

BIP Vidiemme: team cooking with a specific goal

Another experience was for client BIP Vidiemme, who enlisted our experts to design an impactful team building event with a specific goal. The aim was to immerse participants in an educational experience emphasizing the importance of following strict rules and procedures, to strengthen team spirit and optimize internal collaboration.

We selected an ideal venue in Milan, chosen for its spacious, well-equipped open kitchen, perfect for allowing a large group to cook simultaneously. To create an engaging atmosphere, we chose an aperitivo time format where each team prepared either a single dish or finger foods, following precise recipes from our esteemed chefs. Midway through, we introduced a suspenseful twist to make things even more exciting: a “mystery box” brought in by celebrity Italian food blogger Sonia Peronaci of “Giallo Zafferano.” Teams randomly drew ingredients to craft a creative second dish using all assigned elements.

At the end, teams presented their dishes to judges for careful evaluation on taste as well as collaboration, discipline, problem-solving, creativity, and presentation demonstrated during the challenge. The day wrapped up with a shared aperitivo, enhanced by the chefs’ talents and accompanied by select sparkling wines, for a truly unforgettable finale.
