For this year’s Milan Design Week, your agency curated a partnership project for SMEs and designers, called ‘Worth’. What is it about and how does it fit into the concept ‘future laboratory’, which was the main theme of this edition of Fuorisalone?

The Worth Partnership Project, that I managed, is trying to foster the competitiveness of SMEs and the designers. And we have supported 200 collaborations between designers, companies and tech providers.

We think that Worth Fits perfectly with the motto of FuoriSalone “Furture Laboratory” because we think also to as main objective and to produce news ideas to continuously support new ideas coming from lifestyle sectors and we provide support in developing these new ideas.

So with this exhibition what we are trying to do is to showcase the results of all these outstanding ideas. So Worth it’s a kind of future laboratory as well.

How did you give space to the project participants and set up the venue?

We gave the space to the participants, to our 65 participants. We started by launching a survey for them to fill in, to acquire relevant information about their need for space and the kind of prototypes they were going toshowcase and, depending on the information we gathered, we defined the different spaces according to their needs, in order for everyone to have the appropriate space and to showcase their products accordingly.
